Interested in working or volunteering with us? We have weekly volunteer positions and paid Adventure Staff positions. We start interviews in November. Overall, our volunteer staff inject love and energy into our weeks through acts of service to our guests. Yes, you can bring your whole family to volunteer.
Useful skills: Cooking, Cleaning, Housekeeping, Carpentry, Construction, Maintenance, Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.
Adventure Staff - Paid
Adventure staff bring fun and support in many ways around the Lodge, but primarily guide rock climbing, rappelling, hiking, kayaking, and evening games with the highest attention to safety. Typically college students, but anyone over 18 can apply. We have limited spots, so apply early. We are able to provide training but the position requires a basic level of fitness and ability. You will need to hike 3 miles with a 45 pound pack in under 45 minutes at altitude. You must be willing to get your CPR and WFA certifications. Mandatory staff training is June 1 to June 6th.
